Over 25 years experience helping organizations, ranging from manufacturing (Alcoa) to nonprofits to healthcare, achieve organizational excellence using principles based on the Toyota Production System. Lessons learned at Alcoa were vectored into the Pittsburgh Healthcare Community, where leaders eliminated complications, increased capacity, and reduced overburden on staff.
